I have been a member of the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow since 2021 when I completed my second of two membership examinations

Association of Dental Implantology
I have been a member of the Association of Dental Implantology since 2020 when I realised this is the direction I would like to take my career. I have presented at the ADI National Members Meeting in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of England in November 2021.

The British Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry
Fascinated by dental implants and having a deep desire to maintain my own dental treatment by ensuring excellent gum health, I have been a member of the BSP for 3 years having been inspired by Prof West at Bristol University.

College of General Dentistry
I have been a keen member of the college since it was established to replace the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners in 2021.

Dental Phobia Organisation
Treating anxious and dental phobic patients is very important to me. I am one of only 4 dentists in Wales to have this certification and be able to provide dental treatment under general anaesthetic as well as sedation.

Independent Dental Professionals Association of Wales
I am a member of the association which acts as the voice of Independent Dental Professionals in Wales since 2022. I regularly attend their study clubs and meetings across Wales.

British Dental Association
I have been a member of the BDA since 2012 and was a representative for Bristol University at BDA meetings. I now continue my education with them through their regular study programmes.

University of Bristol
I attended at Bristol between 2012 and 2017. I had a range of responsibilities from student liaison with NICE, to student representative at Anatomy bequest ceremonies. I was the president of the Dental Students’ Society, I was a faculty representative on a university level and chaired staff-student liaison meetings.

In 2022 I completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Dental Education. This helps me to pass on my knowledge and skills to other clinicians as well as educate my patients effectively.

Eastman Dental Institute – University College London
In 2021, I only took 1 week of annual leave… to go on a Periodontics (gum health) masterclass at the Eastman Institute! Here I learned best practice for contemporary gum health management and treatment.
