I am not in the business of taking teeth out.

My ethos is always that a healthy tooth should have every effort to be saved.

However there are instances where saving a tooth becomes non-viable and potentially dangerous. My experience in hospitals across Glasgow showed me first hand how damaging a lingering broken root of a tooth can be, even if it has laid dormant for many years.

When I recommend dental extraction, it is because it is in your best interest. The decision for extraction is yours and yours alone, but I kindly ask to consider professional opinions to prevent pain, swelling, infection and possibly hospitalisation.

To ensure you get the very best treatment, I am mentored by a specialist oral surgeon whom I may refer more complex cases on to.
